We strongly believe that one of the ways to maintain our growth as a Church is to empower our youth, train them, prepare them to take
up leadership in the church and challenge them to serve their community. We want the next generation of youth in the King's House
to step into leadership, bring on-board their energy, vision, vibrancy and innovation. We want them ready to reach their peers with
the gospel too.
The five steps below are how we plan to achieve this:
REACH - We will reach out to the youth in a way that is
relevant to them. We will engage them at their level with the gospel, but in a way that deals with their needs. The colleges, schools
and workplace are ready for the gospel, but we will only reach them if we empower our youth to go on our behalf.
RETAIN - We will encourage
our youth to develop a sense of ownership of the vision and proactively play their part or contribute to the growth of our Church.
We know that partners who buy into the vision of the ministry will be retained. We will retain our youth by helping them see that
they have an important part to play in the House of God.
